ARH and Nurses' Strike Continues
Two months, and counting. and the nurses' strike continues against Appalalchian Regional Healthcare. Hospital officials are pessimistic about the progress being made toward resolution. Meanwhile, strikers have another $20,000 from the AFL-CIO, and have made a request of Governor-Elect Beshear to intervene in the situation. Contract talks resume today in Lexington.
