Another Felony Drug Conviction for Mingo Prosecutor.
A Mingo County man pleaded guilty in Mingo County Circuit Court to manufacturing a controlled substance.
According to Michael Sparks, Mingo County Prosecuting Attorney, Joseph Allen Marcum is facing up to five years on incarceration.
Mingo County Circuit Court Judge Mike Thornsbury will conduct the sentencing hearing on December 10th.
Since Sparks took office in 2005, the prosecutor’s office has achieved 102 felony drug convictions and has seized more than $100,000 in drug money.
