Guilty Plea In Prison Riot Case
Christopher York, 33, has pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal with prosecutors for his part in attacking other inmates at the Big Sandy Federal Prison in Martin County. He is one of five prisoners on trial for the attack. He illegally possessed in prison a combination lock attached to a belt, which he said he intended to use as a deadly weapon. He will be sentenced on March 11, 2008.
