Weber Art Gallery Hosts " One Plus Some."
Art education is taking on a whole new meaning this month as the Marguerite Weber Art Gallery at Pikeville College hosts “ One Plus Some”, an exhibit featuring the works of area high school art teachers and some of their top students.
Artists include teacher Paula Smith from Pikeville High with students Deanna Clevinger, Courtney Smith and Jessica Hurston. From Belfry teacher Rick Blankenship and student Amy Reed. Betsy Layne High teacher Shannon Shepherd with student Cecily Howard.
The show will be on display throughout the rest of the month. The gallery is located in the Record Memorial Building, level 2.
Gallery hours are the following :
Monday :10am-5pm
Tuesday : 9am-noon
Wednesday: 10am-2pm and 3pm-6pm
Thursday:9am-1pm
Friday: 10am-noon and 1pm-2pm.
