Six Plead Guilty in Pike County Circuit Court
Six people pleaded guilty in Pike County Circuit Court to various charges. The following is a list of names with the charges and the sentence recommendation by the commonwealth attorney’s office.
Janice Maynard: theft, two years in prison followed by two years probation.
Joseph Hatfield: flagrant non-support, two years prison followed by five years probation.
Johnathan and James Holstein : various drug charges, four years prison.
Jimmy Ray : theft, one year in jail, one year probation and must pay restitution
Brandon Cornette : theft, two years in prison.
