Routine Fire Hydrant Flushing Schduled for Pikeville Next Monday.
The Pikeville Public Works will begin routine fire hydrant flushing throught the City of Pikeville. In order to disrupt service as little as possible, this routine procedure will take place during the hours of 9pm and 4am. during these times you may notice a decrease in your water pressure. Additionally, the morning flushing has occurred you may notice that your water has a cloudy appearance that should clear up after allowing your faucets to flow for several minutes.
