Pretrial Hearing Scheduled for Two Pikeville Men
A pretrial hearing has been set for two Pikeville men that are accused of stealing catalytic converts off of five vehicles that were parked near By-Pass Road. David Parsons remains in jail on a $30,000 full cash bond. His brother Christopher had his bond set at $20,000. David has a persistant felony charge out on him.
The pretrial hearing will take place December 5th.
The two brothers are charged with criminal mischief, receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools
