Pike County Sets Halloween Date.
Pike County Judge – Executive, Wayne T. Rutherford has set the date when Pike County will observe Halloween. Rutherford says that kids will be able to trick or treat on Tuesday, October, 30th from 6pm till 8pm. Rutherford is urging motorists to be very careful and watch for the little ghosts and goblins while they seach for candy.
