Pike County Man Found Dead on Houseboat.
An Elkhorn City man was found Tuesday afternoon dead on his houseboat at the Fishtrap Lake Marina. The victim was identified as 47 year –old James T. Rowe. Kentucky State Police along with the Millard Volunteer Fire Department responded. Neighboring boat owners told authorities that Rowe had been ill for some time. Foul play isn’t expected. The discovery came at 2:06 pm
