Oct 21-27 Proclaimed " Native American Indian Heritage Week"
Pike County Judge – Executive Wayne T. Rutherford has proclaimed Oct 21-27 as “ Native American Heritage Week” in Pike County.
The Big Sandy Hertage Center will present a Native American Symposium on Saturday, Oct, 27th at the UK Extension Office on Trivette Drive in Pikeville. Sessions will begin at 9:30am and last until 2:00pm. A light lunch will be provided. For more information, contact the Big Sandy Heritage Center at 218-6050
