Mingo County Man Critically Wounds One Person Then Turns Gun on Himself.
A Ben Creek man remains in critical condition in a Huntington Hospital after he was shot three times outside of his own home. He was shot by his girlfriend’s estranged husband.
The shooter Charles Trammel then fatally shot himself in the head. According to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department, Baisden was walking toward his truck getting ready to go to work when Trammel came up from behind and shot him three times in the back.
The shooting remains under investigation.
