Magoffin County Man Killed. Police Make Arrest.
A Magoffin County man remains lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville. Terry Paul Patrick is charged with first degree murder. His girlfriend Molly Patrick was charged was arrested on alcohol related charges and disorderly conduct.
Patrick is accused of gunning down 47 year-old Claude E. Bailey of Thelma. The shooting took place late Tuesday night at Patrick’s residence.
