Kentucky State Police Names Honored 27 Civilian Employees. Including Three from Post 9
The Kentucky State Police honored 27 of its most outstanding civilian employees at a special ceremony earlier today at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Lexington.
Lawrence burg resident Patsy Bean , an Administrative Specialist III at KSP Post 12 in Frankfort, was honored as the KSP Civilian Employee of the Year. A 33 year veteran of state government, Bean has worked for the KSP for 26 years. She ia a native of Shelbyville and a 1971 graduate of Anderson County High School.
Pikeville Post 9 had three civilian workers that received awards. Christy Runyon, Misty Shepard and Melinda Thompson.
David Adams, Post 13 in Hazard won the Police Communications Support Supervisor Award.
