Former Pike County Deputy Sheriff to Be Sentenced Tuesday.
Former Pike County Deputy Sheriff Frank Anderson, will be sentenced Tuesday in Pike County Circuit Court. Anderson pleaded guilty to one charge of theft.
Earlier this year Anderson pulled a woman over and stoledher purse, which contained $1,150.
The Commonwealth is recommending that Anderson be probated for two years and immediately pay restitution to the victim.
