Floyd County Man to Spend 17 Years in Prison.
A Floyd County man was sentenced to 17 years in prison. Robert Rushmore was sentenced to 12 years on two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor. Rushmore was also sentenced to five years on the charge of one count of sexual abuse.
Rushmore will be eligible for parole in 14 and a half years.
The sentence was handed down in Floyd County Circuit Court.
