Congressman Rogers Secures Funding for Eastern Kentucky Treatment Center.
The non-profit organization Hope in the Mountains , a Prestonsburg based treatment center that serves residents in Pike, Floyd, Knott, Magoffin, Johnson, Martin and Perry counties was recently approved for a grant in the amount of $74,616. The funding was announced by Congressman Hal Rogers. The center provided health care and job training services for 32 women. The funding was awarded by the Appalachian Regional Commission.
