WVSP Confiscates and Destroys Marijuana Plants in Mingo.
Officials from the West Virginia State Police recently confiscated and destroyed 4,000 marijuana plants in Mingo County. The state police spotted the cannabis by conducting searches through the air. The plants have a estimated street value of $2,500 each.
