Shelbiana Man Faces Up To Six Years of Prison Time.

A Shelbiana man has entered a guilty plea on two charges of receiving stolen property. One count involved a go cart another involved a four wheeler.

Jeffrey Yeakey made a plea deal with the Pike County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. The Commonwealth is recommending a prison sentence of six years.

The 37 year-old will be sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Steve Combs.
