Pikeville Man to Spend 12 years in Prison, Brother Pleads Not Guilty.

Frankie Branham pled guilty to first degree drug trafficking and a persistent felony offender charge. A trial for 47 year-old Frankie Branham of Pikeville began Monday. The Pike County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office recommended a prison term of 10 years on the drug trafficking charge and 12 years on the (PFO) charge. A co-defendant Branham’s brother., George is accused with first degree drug trafficking. He pleaded not guilty. His trial is scheduled for later in the year.
