Pike County Judge-Executive Admitted to Pikeville Medical Center.
Pike County Judge Executive, Wayne T. Rutherford, was admitted at around 2pm Tuesday afternoon to Pikeville Medical Center for an undisclosed illness.
According to a press release, Rutherford is undergoing a series of tests and evaluations. Rutherford presided over the Fiscal Court Meeting earlier in the day. Rutherford told us that he has been sick for a couple of days.
His office will update his condition sometime Wednesday.
