Phone Outage at Pike County Courthouse.

Repair crews continue to work diligently to repair the phone system in the Pike County Courthouse. T.J. Litafik, Executive Assistant to Judge-Executive Wayne T. Rutherford says that the CPU unit, which controls the system, is being replaced. A limited number of lines have been activated temporarily to restore basic communication with some offices. The county’s 911 system is not affected. Technicians are hoping that the system can be functioning normal sometime Tuesday. All county offices remain open.
