Mouth Card Woman Pleads Guilty to Drug Trafficking.
Buffy Kender, 35 of Mouthcard pled guilty to two counts of first degree drug trafficking. The Pike County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office says that they are recommending five years of imprisonment on each count.
