Inmate Found Dead at Otter Creek Correctional Facility.
A female inmate at the Otter Creek Correctional Facility was found dead by her cell mate. The inmate was identified as 25 year-old Latasha D. Glover. Foul play isn’t expected. Glover’s body has been sent to Frankfort for an autopsy
