Virginia Man Found Dead at Kimper.
A body of a Virginia man was found Tuesday morning in the Kimper area. According to the KSP, the body of 56 year-old Wallace Chapman of Hurley, Virginia. was found in a remote area by a passerby on KY 3111. The KSP says that the cause of death appears to be a drug overdose. No foul play is suspected
