Johnson County Septic Service Owner Pleads Not Guilty.
Last week David Bowling enter a not guilty plea . David Bowling is charged with dumping septic waste into the Big Sandy River. Bowling will go on trial August 21st. A federal grand jury indicted the Paintsville septic service owner last month. He faces up to three years in prison if convicted.
