Kentucky High School Students Must Be Successful in Classroom to Keep Drivers License.

A new Kentucky law says high school students must pass two thirds of their classes in order to keep their drivers license. The new law also states that students who drop out or have more than nine unexcused absences could lose their license or permit. The " No Pass, No Drive" goes into effect Wednesday.
