Former Pike County Funeral Director Arraigned.
Richard Justice, former owner and operator of Justice Funeral Home in Pikeville, was arraigned Wednesday in Pike County Court. The 53 year-old was indicted last month. Justice is accused of fraud and stealing more than $80,000 in pre-paid funeral expenses. According to court documents, there are 12 victims, most over 70 years of age. Justice is also accused of operating a funeral home without a proper license.
