Former Letcher Solid Waste Coordinater Arraigned.
Letcher County's former solid waste coordinator is set to be arraigned on August 22nd. Accused of stealing more thab $17,000 in state funds. 30 year-old Josh Wampler Junior will face nearly 40 counts of theft and possession of forged checks. The money was intended for road side liter clean up. Wampler's family has paid back the money.
