Former Floyd County Jailor Deputy Incarcerated.
A former Floyd County deputy jailor is being incarcerated on federal drug charges. Damon Newsome is charged with drug possession with the intent to distribute. Floyd County jail officials say Newsome worked at the jail for about 10 years and left years ago. He's charged with dealing drugs since October of last year.
