Floyd County Man Killed in Accident.
Scottie Stumbo, 24, of Hi Hat was killed when the vehicle he was driving was struck head on by another vehicle, driven by Joseph Bakay of Bypro, Kentucky. The accident occurred Wednesday night, on KY Route 122 near Bevinsville. Bakay was transported to McDowell Appalachian Regional hospital for his injuries. The accident is under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
