Update On Fatal Car Accident in Mingo County.
A Kentucky man was killed in a two vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon at the mouth of the Chatteroy exit, on US Route 119. Authorities identified the victim as 74 year-old John D. Chafins of Nolan. The incident happened at 3:45 p.m. The accident is still under investigation.
