Two More Arrests in Copper Theft Ring.

The Mingo County Sheriff’s Department made two more arrests in there ongoing investigation to the theft of copper throughout the county. Magistrate Eugene Crum set bail for $14,000 for Billy Bolden of Ashland, Kentucky and Brandon Frasher of Huntington, West Virginia. The men are charged with setting fire to property, receiving and transferring stolen property. The men are accused of stealing copper from Kermit Coal. Frasher and Bolden remained lodged in jail.
