Shelbiana Man Ordered to Pay $130,000.
Cleared of criminal charges, but, found guilty of violating state law and federal fair housing laws, a Shelbiana man is ordered to pay $130,000 to three men . Bobby Gibson Jr was found by Circuit Court Judge Steve Combs. Gibson set fire to an apartment occupied by three Pikeville College Students. The incident occurred March 12, 2005. The students discovered the fire and got it under control before it did greater damage.
