Pikeville City Commission to Hold Special Meeting.
The Pikeville City Commission will conduct a special meeting Wednesday at 4:30pm in the City Hall Public meeting Room. The Commissioners will read a second ordinance in their attempt to annex Lackens Branch. The city says they need to add Lackens Branch into city limits because of the need to construct middle income homes. 50 percent of signatures from property owners of Lackens Branch are needed to force the issue on a ballot for vote.
