Mingo County Judge Declares Mistrial.
Mingo County Circuit Court Judge Mike Thornsbury declared a mistrial and he ordered Amy Cline remanded back to the South Western Regional Jail. The Gilbert resident was charged with four sexual offenses. She was charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a custodian and two counts of first degree sexual assault. The prosecution can ask for a new trial. The jury deliberated for over seven hours.
