Man Accused of Selling Drugs to an Undercover Cop Arraigned.
Magistrate Pam Newsome set bond for 25 yr old Scotty Marcum at $10,000 with home confinement after the Williamson man was charged with delivery of a controlled substance ( hydrocodone). According to a criminal complaint, Marcum sold the drugs from an undercover police officer inside of a Williamson nightclub. The arrest was made by the Mingo County Sheriff”s Department.
