Lovely Kentucky Man Accused of Taking Car.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Department arrested a man that is accused of stealing a car from the parking lot of a Kermit, WV business. Arlie Bowen Jr, thirty-three years old is accused of stealing a 1996 blue oldsmobile. The vehicle was recovered on the Kentucky side of the Kermit Bridge
