Justice Found Guilty.

After deliberating for a few hours, a Pike County Jury found Rhonda Justice guilty of second degree manslaughter. The sentencing will be left up to Circuit Judge Eddy Coleman. The sentencing hearing will be conducted August 31. The jury couldn’t come up with a recommendation of a sentence for the Pikeville woman. Justice is facing 5-10 years in prison. Her child drowned two years ago in a neighbor’s pool while not supervised. The Commonwealth told jurors during the trial that Justice was passed out in her home while her son drowned.
