Johnson County Man Charged with Murder.
A Johnson County case involving a head on crash of a car into a motorcycle, has been waived to the grand jury. 52 year old, Cecil Curtis was killed recently when his motorcycle, was hit by a vehicle driven byDale Wells Jr, Wells had crossed the center line , and after the collision, fled the scene.
