Fletcher Named New Homeland Security Director.
By a vote of 2-1, the Mingo County Commission hired Jarrod Fletcher to become the county’s new Homeland Security Director. Commissioners John Mark Hubbard and Hootie Smith voted for Fletcher. Commissioner Dave Baisden voted against. The Williamson native will be sworn into his new job, July 1, pending that he passes a physical. The job will pay a base salary of $20,000 annually.
