Co- Defendants to Stand Trial of Copper Theft
The trial of two Elkhorn City men has been re-scheduled for June 25 in Pike County Circuit Court. Robert Stewart and Nicholas Coleman will stand trial of receiving stolen property and having possession of burglary tools. If convicted Stewart and Coleman face a total of 1 to 6 years in prison.
