Blevins to Become New Mayor of Man
Jim Blevins captured the mayoral race in the Town of Man’s election. Blevins captured 73% of the vote. Incumbent Bill Weese garnered only 26%. The margin of victory was 135 votes.
Winning seats on council were incumbents, Mavis Toler, Roger Muncy, John Fekete and Jimmy Justice. The final council seat was landed by newcomer Tim Stacey.
A canvass will occur next week.
