Trial Set for Pikeville Woman Accused of Manslaughter

The trial of a Pike County woman that is charged with second degree manslaughter, will get underway next Tuesday, in Pike County Circuit Court. Rhonda Justice of Pikeville is accused of failing to properly supervise her son that resulted in his death. According to the indictment four year-old Joshua Justice was swimming in a neighbors pool in which he drowned. The incident occurred on April 1, 2004. If convicted by a jury, Justice faces 5-10 years behind bars.
