Three more Felony Drug Convictions.
The Mingo County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has three more felony drug convictions. The number of felony drug convictions is now 99. John McClive, Kontania Horne, and Dennis Oates pleaded guilty to drug trafficking.
Horne and McClive are facing one to five years of prison time and a fine of $1,000.00. Oates faces a prison term of 1-15 years and a fine of $1,000.
Kenneth Lockhart pled guilty to a single count of attempted grand larceny. Lockhart broke into the house of a Williamson resident and was apprehended when he was attempting to steal electronic equipment. Lockhart is facing one to three years in a state correctional facility.
