Glbert Man to Be Sentenced in June
A Gilbert man will be sentenced by Mingo County Circuit Court Judge Mike Thornsbury June 11 at 10:45am. Johnathan Mounts pleaded guilty to one count of third degree sexual assault. Prosecuting Attorney, Michael Sparks told us that the state will recommend a prison sentence of one to five years, register as a sex offender, undergo routine testing for HIV and must be supervised by the court for 50 years.
