Four Drug Trials Scheduled for Next Monday in Pike County.
Four separate drug related trials are scheduled for next Monday in Pike County Circuit Court.
Kimberly Mullins, of Elkhorn City is accused of being in possession of drugs after being pulled over on a routine traffic stop.
James Shaffer Jr, of Stonecoal, will stand trial on one charge of first degree trafficking. Shaffer is accused of selling drugs to an undercover Unite Pike agent.
Anthony David Roberts, of Pikeville is charged with first degree drug trafficking. Roberts is accused of selling drugs to an undercover KSP.
Pete Hackney, of Pikeville will stand trial on two counts of second degree trafficking. Hackney is accused of selling hydrocodone to an undercover KBI agent.
Circuit Court Judge Eddy Coleman will preside over the trials.
