East Ridge Senior Becomes Youngest Recipient of Prestigious Award
Natasha Wolford, a graduating senior from East Ridge High School became the youngest recipient of the Kentucky Foundation for Womens Arts Meets Activism Grant. Wolford received $2,000, the money go toward her college education. Wolford won the prestigious award, by creating a play on issues that young women face in today’s society. Wolford also received the Artist Collaborative Theatre Scholarship. Wolford was honored for her four years of accomplishments in theatre. She received the awards during a special ceremony at East Ridge High School
