Jackson County ATV Accident Kills Charleston Woman

Thirty-seven year old Eric M. Smith of Ripley was arrested Saturday night on felony charges of DUI causing death following an ATV accident on Poverty Road in Jackson County. Jackson Sheriff’s Deputies say, around 8:30 P.M., 47 year old Sandra M. Jackson of Charleston was riding passenger in a side-by-side ATV when it flipped onto its side, killing her.
